Total price is based upon our using your cleaning supplies and does not include a gratuity. The quoted rate is dependant upon the condition of the Job Location and will be adjusted accordingly should there be a discrepancy between the anticipated condition and the actual condition.
PAYMENT POLICY  
We require our customers to reserve their appointment on a credit card, and to keep an active card on file with us. We will temporarily hold the quoted price of your cleaning plus 20% on this credit card. The first time you use our service we ask that you pay in cash or by credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card there is a $10 processing fee. After you are on service on a regular basis, we’ll also accept a personal or business check. If you choose to pay by cash put your payment in the envelope provided by your maid. Seal the envelope – write your name and the date on the envelope & give it to your cleaning person. If you decide to tip your maid, (and most people do-- but that is entirely up to you), give it to them separately – do not put it in the envelope with the payment.

By signing this credit card agreement, I verify that I am the card holder and I agree to pay Miracle maids NY in full the above quoted hourly rate and estimated hours. If I use more than the original estimated hours I agree to pay for them with this credit card, if I cancel service without the required notice I agree to pay the cancellation fee which is the original amount of my estimate. If I solicit a worker of Miracle Maids I agree to pay the placement fee of $2,500.00 with this credit card. If I withheld information about the condition of the job location and after inspection of the job location I am charged a higher hourly rate, I agree to pay the corrected rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change your time or day for any reason, you are agreeing to give Miracle Maids 24 hours notice. What that means is: if you need to make any change you must call us a full 24 hours before the start time of your cleaning, and speak to a representative. If you do not, you are agreeing to pay a cancellation fee which is the total price of the job. We are reserving this time for you and taking this time off our schedule and not making it available for any other customer. If your cleaning is occurring in less than 24 hours, according to the time and date at the top of this contract, we cannot offer you this courtesy.
NON SOLICIT
You are agreeing not to solicit or exchange phone numbers or personal information with any worker from Miracle Maids for employment in any capacity for yourself or your associates. All of our workers sign a legal agreement not to work for, or solicit work for themselves or their associates from any customer of Miracle Maids under penalty of legal action. Miracle Maids offers permanent placement of housekeepers and Nannies for a one-time placement fee. If you offer work to or accept work from any worker of Miracle Maids without making the appointment directly with the Miracle Maids office, you agree to pay a one-time placement fee of $2,500. Which will be charged to the credit card on file.
UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE
At the end of the cleaning, if for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the COMPLETED work, we will immediately re-do that work for you WHILE the maid is still in your residence and bring it up to your standards at no additional charge to you. If for any reason you are not in your residence at the completion of your cleaning, you will have 24 hours for one of our maids to come back to your residence to re-do the work for you at no additional charge.
